Ordering Lathe cuts - Never A Setup Fee
Maximum lathe cuts I will make per order is 20, Minimum order is 2 for clear or black polycarbonate.
Do not ask me to do different songs for each record, because this involves auditioning the full length of each audio file, changing compression settings and levels for each one, timing the length of the audio file for the correct "LINES PER INCH" on the lathe, even for a few records. This also applies to EP's,
10" and 12" Lp's, I don't recommend, because of noise build-up on the outside diameter. There are no guarantees, there may be surface noise that can pop-up.
Anti-skating and tone arm counter weight adjustment is somewhat crucial for embossed lathe cuts to TRACK properly, although I've had good results using no anti-skating adjustment on a cheep turntables.
78 rpm and X-Ray film - Don't ask

Sibilant Vocal Tracks
De-essing (also de-sibilizing) is any technique intended to reduce or eliminate excessive highs in the recording or the prominence of sibilant consonants, such as the sounds normally found in the vocal track by "s" and "sh", in recordings of the human voice.
Sibilant lies in frequencies anywhere between 2–10 kHz, depending on the individual's dental work. This causes havoc in record cutting.
I WILL NOT FIX THIS THIS, THIS IS THE STUDIO'S RESPONSIBILITY. All AUDIO IS TRANSFERRED AS "FLAT CUT".
I'll throw in the Behringer 9024 Ultra-Dyne to clean up some sibilance
Sibilant WILL CAUSE THE RECORD TO SKIP AND AND WILL MAKE A RUSHING SOUND DURING PLAYBACK.
There is a trade-off - Your Choice
LOUDER CUT = The possibility for SKIPPING
SOFTER CUT = Lower volume = zero chance for SKIPPING
If your record skips try different turntables.
